Return & Refund Policy

➤ Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Please record a video while unboxing the parcel and share it with us for verification.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Clearance or sale items
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Customized or personalized products

➤ Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
• Please record a video while unboxing the parcel and share it with us for verification.
• We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

➤ How to Initiate a Return

• Email our customer support at contact@divinarts.in with your order number and reason for return.
• Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
• Ship the product back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

➤ Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

➤ Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for the same product if it arrives defective or damaged.
